More details on how to return your current phone:
1. Initiate the return by clicking the link above to start the return process.
2. Fill out the questionnaire that we will send across and attach the photos and videos requested.
3. Wait for the returns package to arrive.
Once you receive the returns package
Before you package your phone, make sure your iCloud Account has been removed and Find my Phone has been disconnected.
Make sure that you package your phone up as per the instructions provided when your return is initiated.
Lodge your returns parcel at your local Aus Post and send us a screenshot of the lodgement receipt.
Warning: If Find my Phone has not been disconnected, there will be fees that you will be liable for. If you have any issues with this process, please reach out to our team via support@koganmobiledevices.com.au.
A subscription allows you to enjoy the phone you want and can save you money.
How? When you choose a subscription, you pay less each month compared to an own to pay plan because you will send the phone back at the end of the subscription term. You also have the flexibility to return or upgrade your phone early in the last 6 months of your term.

You can check out with one phone subscription at a time. Once your first order has been shipped, you'll be able to add another (maximum of 2 phones per customer).
Signing up is easy
It’s an all-online application and should take no longer than 10 minutes.
During your subscription
You can cancel or upgrade early in the last 6 months of your subscription without needing to pay any of the remaining monthly subscription payments. If you return your phone damaged, fees may apply – find out more.
End of term
Once your 24-month term is over, you send the phone back to us at the end of your subscription. You can then choose to upgrade to a different phone with a new subscription or cancel your subscription.
If subscription is not for you, you can choose to repay your phone over a 24-month term with an own and pay plan.
They repayments are split into 24 equal instalments and once you’ve paid off your phone, it is yours to keep.
Our own and pay plans are SIM-free, and the phones are unlocked, meaning you can BYO SIM with any of the devices you purchase from us.
